let me quickly blog while yesterday is still fresh in my mind
1. teacher's day celebration!
aces day in the morning! it was quite fun seeing everybody flail around and laughing at the teachers! like seriously there were 2 kinds of teachers -
ldw/samkwek who did everything so enthusiastically GOOD JOB TO THEM A STAR!
and then there's angel HAHA he just gave up totally man he looked like a dead fish flopping around
concert segment was kinda boring ahha rgs concerts are always too short la but gym was so amazing! their flips and jumps and splits oh my goodness
then CLASS PARTY PARTYYYY! class anthem: BIRD SHIT by asmizar's band the misfit ramones HAHA he is such a quirky teacher with such an interesting life ahhaha everyone just started singing along to the song when he stepped in and his face was the epitome of FML HAHA it was so hilarious :')
i swear, it is moments like these which makes me want to relive my entire time at rgs again (apart from having another shot at Not Being A Giant Failure In Life)
also i want to have lots of interesting life experiences too (like asmizar la) I MEAN YOLO if you don't go out and have lots of fun and make lots of bad decisions now then when?? CARPE DIEM MAN!!! also interesting experiences make for great conversation starters (better than "So... do you like broccoli?")
okay back to class party:
we played alien invaders!! 204 memories man i remember how high we were playing alien invaders and then after the game everyone was coming down from the high and we sat around on the chairs and had a class HTHT and everyone just simultaneously bawled like oh my god it was such a sad but impactful moment really
in that moment i swear we were infinite we weren't just 36 individuals, but we were one class and there was class spirit and everyone was just emotional and walao now i'm emotional too
but yeah anyway for 415's class party no one cried (thank god) though that was kinda an intangible sad twang in the air :-(

2. PCPS! and 6A '09 <3

thanks for RGS we got released wayyyy too early haha ny and hc got released only at like 11.30 haha so when mx and i reached pcps, it was like 11? and pouring heavily so we just sat around at the newly established learning hub haha wah it's really damn cool!
ok so we met up with the girls first, then we ate and finished the cards and then went to find the guys haha. then we went to find dls together (and i got chased out of the hod room boooooo). when we found him we were quite excited to see him
then that excitement quickly died down bec he started talking about how we all had a lack of sleep and we leading v v unhealthy lifestyles and then mx said she had a bad achey back so we gave us an impromptu stretching cum yoga session and he laid on the floor and it was so awkward and boring and only bram was interested HAHA
but hey missed him loads and it's nice to see he hasn't changed much.
(also he totally killed our appetite talking about how the disgusting acts china people did LIKE WHAT GOUGING OUT EYEBALLS WTAF IS WRONG WITH THEM?!)

Then we went karaoke at nex! lost my balance on the bus HAHA SO SOMEONE GAVE ME A SEAT AHAHAHHA
we lepaked at the food court from 4-5 because our karaoke room was only ready at 5 :-( so we went for linner? dunch? and talked! it was nice bec everyone had matured and the guys are much more approachable when they're alone HAHA
we just chatted and caught up w each other
then we went karaoke!!!
wah fun la!!! haha i think we got super high and drunk and happy haha but we sang both chinese and english and hokkien songs and it was damn fun (also darryl has the WORST song choices EVER he chooses like obscure china songs HAHAHA and he couldn't even sing it properly bec LOW VOICE AND IT WAS HORRIBLY OFF KEY AHAHHA pmsl damn funny like he would be soloing the song then halfway "OI WRONG KEY LA!") and we ended the night by singing 朋友! it was our class grad song so v meaningful aiya i felt v v v nostalgic la i mean the song is so expressive and true!!!!! THEN the hwachong dudes HAD TO GO RUIN IT by singing BOOM BOOM SUCK COCK at the instrumental part and now i can't unhear it hahahaha so ya the meaningfulness was kinda dampened
but that's what i love about this class. with them there's no room for sadness or nostalgia, and with them we don't dwell on the sadness of farewells but instead we laugh and we joke and celebrate all the fun times we shared. i love our tendency to have fun regardless of whether we're lepaking at a foodcourt or at bx's house or at nex or at dls' hod room listening to him preach about healthy living. they epitomise the meaning of "don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" and that's what i love about them, so so much.
the people who stayed till the end of karaoke (kat mx michelle me kzj gg jn et yanyee zx darryl)! marcus ian bx ywl bram (HAHAHA BECAUSE HE CLAIMED 5PM WAS TOO LATE TO STAY OUT) left earlier so the guy to girl ratio became horribly unbalanced it was very funny.
so glad for these groups of people :-)
they're such a blast to be with. i wish yesterday didn't have to end. i wish i could relive it all over again.
