EYAs results have all been returned, and i'm actually quite glad and happy with my performance. though the one thing that i'm really unsatisfied about is the same old - although i'm rather pleased with the results, they could've been much better; and i keep missing the next grade by a teeny bit. which is a damn waste )-: i think i'm destined not to get any 4.0s 

in case any of you are actually bothering to read this (why though????), don't judge bec this is my blog and THEREFORE I POST WHAT I WANT!!! and also because i need somewhere to list down my marks where i won't misplace it or something. 

physics:

barely scraped 3.6, but happy nonetheless. hopefully i didn't let ms lim and my tuition teacher down!

ss:

intending on using for my gpa so gladly, it's quite okay. 

history:

paper checking for this was probably the worst cos the teachers went through the paper before returning it to us, and with every section they went through we all died a little bit more inside. but luckily it was a false alarm and it wasn't that bad at all. kinda disappointed though, was a classic case of the 'curse'.

math1&math2:

math 1 was okay yay not fab but luckily it won't bring down my m1 score. m2 was a bare pass but i didn't study cos i can't use it anyway after that horrific mid year score hahah.

chemistry:

killer paper!!! pleasantly surprised with my mark; though as usual missed the next grade by 2 marks )-: can't complain though, i'm happy with the mark. though it's annoying how chem dept claimed that we didn't put in effort and didn't care and basically blamed us for such a horrific performance. but wtf if like half the level failed then obviously the problem wasn't entirely with us??? ok anyway.

chinese:

surprise!! 2.8 only but I FREAKING PASSED LOL IDEK!! :') did better in paper 1 than in usual practices haha so yes that's definitely a plus point. 

bio:

took a gamble and it paid off :-) didn't study much for it; didn't even touch photosynthesis and respiration but hey so glad that the paper was good and didn't test much on those. :') actually gonna use bio instead of physics now haha. 

english:

quite happy with the score as well! but missed the next grade by 2 marks again... oh well. don't think i deserved my paper 1 marks after the marker's comments ("How can you make such a generalisation?????" "How is this relevant???" < complete with indiscernible handwriting and multiple question marks) 

i hope you didnt read everything. anyway. 

all in all, quite happy. yay! and now i'm off to sleep again while you guys are still suffering at the hands (mic) of shirley tan >D
